KB2A Tool · 300K+ usersViral GrowthAI Product

✺ Founder & Designer · 2019 → now

KB2A Tool, built when I was 15, grew to 300,000 users. Its next chapter is mindzone, an AI knowledge product now in development.

2019 · KB2A Tool At fifteen I founded KB2A and shipped a Messenger utility for viewing unsent messages and conversation statistics. It grew to over 300,000 users, generated around $4K in freemium revenue and was featured by Kenh14 in 2022.

2026 · mindzone — in development KB2A’s next product is a home for your thoughts, built on one rule: "save anything, sort nothing". I lead the design; the team brings it to life.

  • No folders. The AI tags and sorts everything you save, because tidying up is the machine's job, not yours.
  • Save without leaving the feed. Comment "@mindzone.me save it" under any post and it lands in your library on its own.
  • Sharing with an expiry date. Share links close themselves after 24 hours. Private is the default, not a setting you have to find.

✺ One decision, start to finish

No folders, and a way back when the AI is wrong.

Problem

People save notes, quotes, images and articles to come back to them, and stop saving the moment filing becomes a chore.

What I saw

One library has to hold very different things, and a life splits into areas, work, study, personal, that the content should follow.

Options

Folders the user builds and keeps tidy, as in most note apps, or no folders, with the AI tagging each item and placing it in a Space.

Choice and cost

No folders: tidying up is the machine’s job. The cost is control. When the AI files something in the wrong place, people need to see why and move it in one step; the concept below is that recovery flow.

What happened

mindzone is in development, and the metric that will judge this decision is already set: how often people move an item the AI filed. If that stays low, “sort nothing” works.

✺ In design

When the AI files it in the wrong place.

“Sort nothing” only works if a wrong sort costs one tap. The AI says where it put each item and why, the item can be moved straight from that message, and the fix teaches the next sort, with an undo on every step.
